Chan Condo, Waterloo, ON

This is a 1+1 condo in Waterloo where we were brought in to redesign both the living room and the “den” used as a bedroom. Our client lives alone but wanted to have a better solution for storage in both the bedroom for his clothes and living room for all of his electronics. As he wasn’t sure how long he would continue living in this condo, it was important that the pieces picked out were standalone and not built-in, yet still fit and suit his home very well. Modular furniture helped a lot to achieve the perfect solution.
