About the package
The Basic Package is our simplest Design Package, includes what you need to have a space redone. While it’s our simplest package, fear not, we have add-on services available to make sure we provide you with a package that fits you perfectly.
Who is it for?
Choose this package if you are redoing a space, looking at replacing/adding some furniture and need help with space planning, aesthetics and decor.
PDF document containing: colour palette, floor plan, concept board, shopping list and install guide for one(1) functional space. (Please note: open concept spaces count as several functional spaces and will require special treatment to ensure cohesion throughout the connected spaces.)
No revisions to the floor plan or concept board are included with this package.
What does it include?
Pricing
$450 + HST per functional space
Revisions to concept board - $150/ea
Includes 3 options per item on concept board
Open concept space - $150/ea
As mentioned above, open concept spaces are trickier, we want to make sure that the space we are working on is cohesive with the surrounding areas, yet still distinct
Post-design call for install help (1hr) - $60/ea
We try to provide a lot of tips in the install guide, but sometimes you need live help when it comes to the installation to get things just right
